You should read the TL note if you're wondering about what the girl is really thinking. As it says there, it's really up to your imagination. It could be that she got a lots of sex friends and he's just one of them, it could also be that currently, she's just having sex with him, but actually she had a lot of sex partners in past and also changes them often. It could also be that 'her favorites' she's speaking of are just her sex toys (dildos, vibes, etc.) and she's just thinking of him as a sex toy, too.
And, for the ideal vanilla lovers, it can also be that he's the only one she ever had sex with and she actually likes him, but is too shy to tell him her actual feelings, so she acts all "I'm just here for sex!" and "why don't you try harder to get me?", so that HE makes the step of confessing. Well, apart from hentai, I recently bought a The Fiery Furnaces album. I heard of the band in Questionable Content, an excellent web comic.
